Prepped Practice Double Header

Prepped Practice Double Header this weekend. The "Bomber" Track will be ready at 10am on Saturday for bikes. The "Classic" Track will be ready at 10am on Sunday for bikes and 1:30pm for quads. Practice fee will be $25 a day. If you make it out for both days, the second day will only run you $20. We will split into classes if the turnout calls for it. We are also having a Club 57 MX School on Sunday on The "Bomber" Track. The class will run from 9am-12pm for 85cc and up and 12:30pm to 3:30pm for 50cc and 65cc. The cost for the school is $80. Call 815-342-6593 for details and reservations. We are taking a chance on tilling the track before the upcoming "Turkey Trot" Team Race. Tell all of your friends and come take advantage of the weather this weekend so we can get the tracks packed back in. This time of year you never know what the weather will bring next week.

"Turkey Trot" Team Race

Known to many as the funnest race of the season, the annual team race at Lincoln Trail Motosports always has riders chomping at the bit to grab a buddy and hit the track. The team race has long been known for throwing a little bit of everything at the riders to test their skills. This year will carry on the tradition and the course will include a little bit of everything Lincoln Trail Motosports has to offer. You will find anything and everything as you make your way around the course which will include plenty of woods and field sections with parts of our three motocross tracks thrown in. Long sand sections and some gnarly hill climbs will be tossed into the mix as well. The "Turkey Trot" Team Race will have you grinning ear to ear, lap after lap. This year we are teaming up with MWXC to insure top notch racing action with plenty of competition. From the use of electronic scoring and creative course layout to a great crew out on the loop, MWXC will help insure a great day of racing to reminisce about until next year. Course safety is a key priority as well and Action Sports EMS will be on staff to provide medical treatment and assistance as needed. Whether you are a team race veteran or a first timer wanting to give racing a shot, the 2012 "Turkey Trot" Team Race will not disappoint. There are no hidden fees such AMA or District cards, which creates a great oppurtunity for the weekend warrior or first time racer.
